Agency partnerships / White-label GEO

Add GEO delivery.
Keep the account.

Your client is asking about AI search. Bring in a delivery partner, not another agency at the table.

Built for

SEO, content and digital agencies that need delivery support—not another platform to manage.

01 / The work

A delivery team.
Not a fixed bundle.

Bring us the gap in your team’s capacity. We scope the work around it.

Possible workstreams, not automatic inclusions. Deliverables, volume, markets, engines, review rounds and implementation are agreed per project.

Baseline

Know what is actually showing up.

An evidence log of agreed AI-engine checks: prompts, dates, responses, cited sources and misses.

Prompt research

Start with the buyer’s questions.

A question set mapped to the client’s offer, audience and market, with testing conditions agreed before research.

Content

Give useful answers a clear home.

Source-backed content briefs or page revisions, using approved brand facts. Your team reviews and controls publication.

Entity

Make the business facts consistent.

A review of profiles, business information and structured data, with sourced corrections rather than invented authority signals.

Technical prioritization

Separate the blockers from the backlog.

A prioritized brief covering crawl, indexing and structured-data issues. Development is included only when explicitly scoped.

Reporting

Show the work, and its limits.

An editable work summary, evidence and next steps. Repeat checks and reporting cadence are agreed; observations stay separate from interpretation.

02 / The handoff

Ready for your review.
Then your brand.

No dashboard subscription to resell. No Qlavo-branded report to explain. An editable handoff your team can interrogate, adapt and present.

03 / Working together

Start with the brief.
Agree the boundaries.

A useful fit when your team can provide approved brand information, coordinate reviews and arrange publishing.

  1. Bring the client context

Share the audience, market, site and objective. We clarify fit, access, confidentiality and what your team will handle.

  2. Agree the work in writing

Confirm deliverables, exclusions, fees, timing, revision rounds and acceptance criteria. Changes to the scope need agreement.

  3. Review, brand, deliver

We prepare the agreed work. You review the editable handoff, approve client communication and manage publication unless otherwise scoped.

04 / Commercial terms

A private quote.
Your client pricing.

Scope-based partner pricing. You decide what to charge your client.

Our fees reflect the deliverables, research depth, markets, technical involvement and reporting cadence. There is no blanket fixed-price package.

Want to test the working relationship first? Discuss an optional paid pilot on the partner call. We agree its scope and price separately before work starts.

A call is a scoping conversation, not a commitment to buy.

Before we begin

The practical
questions.

Who owns the client relationship?

You own the client relationship, account strategy and commercial terms. No direct client contact without agency consent. Any client-facing involvement is agreed with you first.

Can we put our brand on the work?

Yes. You receive editable, unbranded deliverables. We agree file formats and handoff requirements in advance; your agency reviews, brands and approves what reaches the client.

Can we start with one project?

Discuss an optional paid pilot on the partner call. It is a private, separately scoped first project, not a mandatory package. Fees, timing, inputs and acceptance criteria are agreed before you decide.

What can we promise the client?

Promise the agreed work, not an engine’s decisions. We do not guarantee rankings, AI recommendations or editorial placements. AI responses can vary between runs; reports state methods, evidence and limitations.

Who handles publishing and implementation?

Your agency coordinates approvals and publication unless implementation is explicitly scoped. We agree access, confidentiality, revision rounds and responsibilities before work begins.

Your next client brief

You bring the relationship.
Let’s scope the delivery.

Bring the site, the market and the question your client is asking. We’ll work out whether there’s a fit.
